End-User License Agreement

Terms Used:

"EULA" refers to End User License Agreement.
"WinHealer" and "SOFTWARE" refer to WinHealer software application.
"Developers" refers to the manufacturer of the "software".
"Components" refers to different parts of the "software".
"Support Services" refers to all kinds of after-sales services provided to the user by the "developers".
"Online help" refers to WinHealer Online Help Service.

NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by WinHealer.com. WinHealer is a Freeware. Anyone may use this software no limited in time.

WinHealer is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

The developers of WinHealer reserve the exclusive right to periodically update this EULA at their discretion, at any time, with a reasonable notice to you by way of posting the new EULA at the following: URL: http://winhealer.com/enduser.html

THE SOFTWARE's may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of THE SOFTWARE without written permission from the copyright holder.

All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to WinHealer including but not limited to any images, text, and "applets" incorporated into WinHealer, and any copies of the software are owned by the developers or suppliers of WinHealers. WinHealer software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by WinHealer.com.

U.S. government information: use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this package shall be subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.277-7013 (Oct 1988) and FAR 52.227-19 (Jun 1987).
